"Hopa District City Center Concept Project" is a multidisciplinary design proposal developed within the context of a coastal settlement in the Eastern Black Sea region of Turkey. The project envisions a sustainable urban fabric that reinterprets Hopa’s identity through ecological sensitivity, cultural continuity, and accessible public spaces.

This project was developed for the Hopa District City Center Urban Design Competition, focusing on reimagining the relationship between the city and its coastal context. The proposal introduces a sustainable, inclusive, and ecologically sensitive public space network that reconnects urban life with the shoreline. Designed by a multidisciplinary team, the project received an Equal First Prize (Ex Aequo) for its strong spatial vision, contextual approach, and emphasis on social and environmental resilience. Visuals were produced using Corona Renderer and V-Ray, emphasizing light, material, and atmosphere.
